HSAP's HRA creates customised 'exercise prescriptions' for staff at China Pharmaceutical University
From 22 to 24 May, the China Pharmaceutical University 2025 Faculty and Staff Physical Fitness Test Activity was held at Jiangning Campus, with more than 1,700 faculty and staff participating in the HRA health risk assessment and fitness test.
On the scene of the activity, Hao Haiping, president of China Pharmaceutical University, said that many college students are not yet strong enough to be aware of sports and health. Teachers set an example by insisting on sports, not only can relax the body and mind, healthy body, but also can set an example of healthy life for students, improve the passion of officers and entrepreneurs.

According to Liu Su, Party Secretary and Director of the Sports Department of China Pharmaceutical University, the test includes HRA health risk assessment, physical fitness test, and bone density. Among them, the physical quality test is particularly comprehensive, covering three categories of form, function, and quality with a total of 10 indicators, which is an all-around 'health diagnosis'.

Through the HRA Human Electrical Impedance Assessment Analyser, MSA Multimodal Stress Assessment and Analysis System, ADDS Cognitive Dysfunction Screening System, and other professional equipment to carry out scientific testing, for the staff's physical and mental health 'pulse', and prescribed 'exercise prescription', which helps to raise the awareness of active exercise and promote a healthy lifestyle. The school will also set up a series of interest classes and workshops to promote healthy lifestyles. Heads of physical education departments from Southeast University, Hohai University, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing Forestry University, and other colleges and universities visited the site to observe the practical application of HSAP's advanced equipment, such as HRA Health Risk Assessment and PMR Pulsed Magnetic Microcirculation Therapy, in the physical education departments of colleges and universities.

The Physical Education Department of China Pharmaceutical University issued an initiative that teachers and students of colleges and universities should establish health awareness and actively participate in health screening and testing; they should strengthen scientific exercise and develop exercise habits; and they should insist on physical activity and pass on the concept of health.
