Experimental Group Control Group

Divided 80 patients into experimental group and control group, each group consisted of 40 persons. The experimental group was applied the endocrine conditioning system, and the control group was treated with medicine. After 15 days of conditioning, the effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The results were as follows:

In the test, the endocrine conditioning system and the medicine conditioning method were used for the two groups of patients, through the comparison and analysis, it can be known that after 15 days of conditioning, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group by 85%. And the difference between the two groups was significant. ( p<0.05 )

According to the chart, after a treatment course, the percents of test objects' sleep time of the whole night in phase l and ll are improved apparently. This means that test objects' total deep sleep time increased; in Phase REM, the percents in a complete sleep in early, middle and end stages have presented an overall escalating trend, which means that test objects' deep sleep time is increased; in Phase W, though the percents do not change too much, the data go down lightly; the percents in Phase REM drop dramatically on the basis of increased deep sleep, leading to apparent improvement of sleep quality.
