Background of the Event

As China's population ages at an accelerating pace, dementia and related cognitive disorders have become major public health and social issues that severely impact the quality of life for older adults, increase the burden of family caregiving, and hinder the healthy development of the elderly population.

To implement the "National Action Plan for Addressing Dementia in the Elderly (2024–2030)" issued by the National Health Commission and 14 other departments, and to enhance scientific understanding of dementia in the elderly and early intervention capabilities across all sectors of society, the China Health Promotion Foundation has launched the "Health Promotion Hand-in-Hand-Public Awareness and Training Campaign for the Prevention and Treatment of Dementia in the Elderly." The first phase of this initiative will be carried out in the Northwest region.

The Northwest Region Kickoff Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM in Xi'an. At the event, Huisi Anpu will demonstrate its independently developed, full-cycle closed-loop management system for cognitive impairment-covering "screening, diagnosis, training, and treatment." We cordially invite you to attend and provide guidance, to jointly discuss dementia prevention and treatment efforts, and to advance the implementation and effectiveness of this project in the Northwest Region.
