The Qinhuangdao Federation of Industrial Economics, Federation of Economic Organizations, Entrepreneurs Association, and Federation of Enterprises, accompanied by management experts, conducted an inspection and research visit to HSAP
On the morning of December 19, the principal leaders of the Qinhuangdao Federation of Industrial Economics, the Qinhuangdao Federation of Economic Organizations, the Qinhuangdao Entrepreneurs Association, and the Qinhuangdao Federation of Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the "Four Major Associations") joined forces with an expert team from the School of Economics and Management at Yanshan University and representatives from several enterprises. Together, they visited HSAP Academic System Co., Ltd. to conduct a specialized inspection and research activity on modern management innovation practices in enterprises.
This inspection and research activity was personally led by Sun Guosheng, former Vice Mayor of Qinhuangdao Municipal Government, First-Level Inspector, and Honorary President of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce. Key leaders and secretaries-general from the four major associations participated throughout the event. During the visit, Sun Guosheng and his delegation first entered the HSAP equipment exhibition hall to inspect the company's independently developed innovative devices in areas such as mental and physical health detection and intervention, as well as cognitive health maintenance.
Through the staff's detailed explanations, the research team gained an in-depth understanding of the R&D principles and core advantages of various innovative technological devices. They focused their inquiries on the market expansion of these products in fields such as healthcare, wellness, and health management, as well as the development progress and application prospects of the next-generation products. The team highly commended HSAP's technological breakthroughs and innovative achievements in the field of biomedical engineering.
At the subsequent symposium, HSAP Chairman Chen Zhonglin delivered a thematic presentation to the research team. He highlighted the advantages of pulsed magnetic technology and cell membrane potential regulation technology, along with their translation and application achievements. He provided a detailed overview of the company's latest progress in developing technologies and equipment for early screening, risk intervention, and clinical treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Additionally, Chen shared Huisi Anpu's practical experience in corporate management innovation, industry-academia-research collaboration, and talent development. He also outlined the company's exploration and plans to leverage its core technologies in supporting Qinhuangdao's development as a health and wellness city.
At the symposium, members of the research team actively shared their insights. Yan Tianshuang, former Director of the Municipal CPPCC Committee on Population, Resources, and Environment and head of the Municipal Enterprise Confederation, remarked that HSAP's advanced technological equipment was highly impressive, with its health screening and intervention devices precisely meeting the development needs of the wellness industry. Currently, Qinhuangdao is vigorously advancing the development of a wellness city. There is an urgent need for such high-tech enterprises and premium products to empower the sector, further enrich the essence of the wellness industry, elevate the quality of urban wellness services, and help establish distinctive wellness brands.
Zhang Shimin, former Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government and Executive Vice President of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, outlined the core objectives of this practical research initiative. He emphasized that the activity aims to systematically compile representative cases, innovative practices, and replicable models from local Qinhuangdao enterprises engaged in modern management innovation. Through professional research and analysis by the expert team from Yanshan University, the initiative will produce a high-quality compilation of outcomes for release. This compilation will provide valuable references and guidance for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises across the city, thereby fostering a robust ecosystem for industrial innovation and development.
Sun Guosheng delivered the concluding remarks. He emphasized that the initiative to identify, showcase, and promote modern management innovation practices among enterprises not only recognizes and disseminates the outstanding achievements of innovative companies but also serves as a crucial measure to advance the city's industrial transformation and upgrading. He expressed hope that this study tour would serve as an opportunity to further disseminate the advanced management practices and technological innovation models of exemplary enterprises like HSAP.
